Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your VORA account and data.
What happens when you delete
- All your document metadata is permanently erased from our database
- Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately
- Your actual documents remain in Google Drive — we never had them
- Family vault memberships are revoked
- This action cannot be undone
Method 1: In the App
- Open VORA on your Android device
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Read the warning and confirm
- Enter your password to verify
- Tap "Permanently Delete Account"
Method 2: Contact Support
If you cannot access the app, email us at privacy@vora.app from the email address associated with your VORA account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
Method 3: Web Form (no sign-in required)
If you no longer have access to the email address on your VORA account, or cannot use the in-app flow, submit a deletion request using the form below. We verify identity via the email address you provide and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted vs retained

After Deletion
Once deleted, your VORA account cannot be recovered. If you wish to use VORA again in the future, you will need to create a new account. Your Google Drive files will remain untouched — you can manage or delete them directly in Google Drive if desired.
