Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the VORA mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VORA is a document organisation and reminder application. The App stores document metadata and facilitates file storage in the user's personal Google Drive account. VORA is not a government service and does not verify, issue or certify official documents.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use VORA.

4. Google Drive Integration

To use VORA, you must connect a Google account and grant the drive.file permission. You acknowledge that VORA can only access files and folders it creates within your Google Drive.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

VORA offers free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per Google Play's policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VORA for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload harmful, offensive or infringing content

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Your Google Drive files remain under your control.

8. Disclaimer

VORA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss arising from Google Drive issues, user error or unauthorised account access.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
